When will Bilby be released?
Bilby is scheduled to launch in October 2026. Join the waitlist for product updates, launch information, and early access to our beta.
Is it hard to switch from my current PMS?
No. Most practice management systems can export your clinic’s data. Once you provide that export, the Bilby team can support an end-to-end migration at no cost for Pro users.
Is my clinic’s data safe with Bilby?
Yes. Bilby stores healthcare data securely in Sydney, Australia, with encryption in transit and at rest. No healthcare information is transmitted overseas. We are also working towards ISO 27001 certification with an independent Australian cybersecurity firm, Volkis.
Does Bilby integrate with the tools I already use?
Yes. Bilby integrates with Stripe, Xero, QuickBooks, HICAPS, Medicare, Parchment, and ClickSend—so the essential parts of your practice stay connected.
Can I try Bilby for free?
Bilby will include a free plan for practices who want to explore the essentials. More advanced features, including supported migration, will be available through Pro. Final pricing details will be shared closer to launch.
